Pastor Dr. (Mrs.) Siyanbola Balogun
My name is Pastor Dr. (Mrs.) Siyanbola Balogun. I graduated from Ibadan City Academy in 1978 and obtained my degree from the University of Ife (now known as Obafemi Awolowo University) in May 1984. Following my youth service, I pursued a Master's in Business Administration in Georgia, USA. With a foundation in Information Technology (IT), I have spent over two decades workings as an SAP consultant for some of the largest consulting firms.
Driven by a desire to give back after my retirement, I earned a Doctor of Philosophy in Education, specializing in Instructional Design and Technology (PhD). The significance of educational technology has increased notably, particularly in the wake of the COVID-19 pandemic, making it essential to empower students and teachers to leverage technology effectively.
I work as an IT consultant and serve as a full-time pastor alongside my husband in Norcross, Georgia. My goal is to support ICAOSA-NA's vision and enhance its role in the development of our alma mater. As President Toks Balogun has highlighted, we aim for ICAOSA-NA to be a dependable partner for all stakeholders, especially students, fostering an environment that inspires learning and nurturews aspirations.
